Out devices runs on electricity and demands internet connection to work, this makes them to discharge pretty fast. therefore, make sure that the device is connected to power all the time.
If the device always is connected to electricity but still discharging it can depend on some different things:
1. The electrical socket that the power chord is connected to is not always on. This makes the device discharge each time the power is off. Try to change to an other socket.
2. The part of the cord that is connected to the device is loose.
3. the charger that gives the tablet power is loose. Loosen the case on the device to is it this is the case. See following guides to know hoe to open the case on the device: Guide for Samsung or Guide for Lenovo.
If non of the options above is helping, it could be something wrong with the cord or the tablet.
If you have a Lenovo (looks like the one on the picture below) the tablet has a built in battery protection which make sure that the tablet doesn't get damaged by being charged all the time. Therefore it is probably something wrong with the power cord.

If you have a Samsung (looks like the one on the picture below) the tablet doesn't have a battery protection built in like the Lenovo tablet. This harms the battery of the tablet since it is loading all the time. After a time the battery will be damaged and then the tablet will keep running out of battery.
